After diligently designing the highly anticipated Vacation Rental Station website, Rise is happy to announce its exciting completion. Users are now free to roam about the VRS site with ease—finding quality accommodations that meet their specifications or list a rental to other trustworthy travelers. Visitors have the ability to easily navigate using pertinent search criteria and find the perfect vacation rental in the world’s top destinations—and all at incredible values!
So whether you’re checking out a haven away from home or have a property to post, Vacation Rental Station is the answer you’re looking for! And they’re sure to send the competition packing with these great new features:
- High-performance rental search–With their competitors forcing users to go through multiple clicks to simply view a location, Rise eliminated a visitors wasted time and allows you reach your destination quickly using a destination search. Rather than narrowing your options down, a user simply has to input their destination (which is generally already chosen), and retrieve results. A need is now satisfied instantly, increasing the enjoyment of each user experience.
- Search results page–Utilizing Ajax technology to update search results without reloading the entire page allows users to set ranges on certain attributes and sort results without having to constantly reload information. Competitors have similar functionality, but the Rise Team strategically moved the controls to the top and included the city search input field so the page can serve as an all-in-one search solution. All very atypical of their competition and all of which increases your user experience.
- Listing properties–Rise made it super easy to add properties to the site. Their main competitor currently forces property owners to click through a number of screens in order to select their property's city or town. We've set VRS up so the user only has to type in their city and ZIP code, which is matched up with an updated ZIP code database. This feature essentially takes an unfriendly 3-screen process down to 2 simple input fields.
- Owners section–The spiffy new owners section exists outside of the main template, so the owner remains focused on what they're on the site to accomplish—post and manage rental property listings. Competitor sites shoehorn the owner user controls into the same template standard users see, which creates confusion, frustration, and clutter.
In short, it's just a really simple system to use. Rise has given VRS users a friendly and simple portal to satisfy their getaway needs by keeping everything user focused... something their competitors have obviously overlooked.
