Gilbert RV Insurance has been a great Rise client since 2007 and we’ve had the excellent fortune of helping them with a variety of marketing efforts including:

- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

We’re proud to say that we have been able to deliver some very impressive results over the years, including 1,080 goal completions in just 7 months this year, and snagging an average of 125 conversions per month!
We are working to continue their success with a series of upgrades that will further increase conversions and the strategy is twofold:
- To increase conversions for Gilbert, we’re focusing on a new visual design and voice to really explore the “Why” for Gilbert in addition to the great products (“What”) and services (“How”) they offer.
- It was time for a new technology platform! The website’s previous version was built in .NET (which was totally awesome at the time) and moving it over to Drupal will allow the site to expand to offer more features to its users.

By identifying who Gilbert RV Insurance’s audience is, we can craft a voice that accurately represents the company and its values and does so while speaking their customers’ language. When your voice is clearly directed toward your customers and acknowledging their needs, they’ll stick around to explore much longer than if they're confused about who you are and whether they can trust you with their business (aka: convert from a regular user and into a lead).
By tweaking the visual design to be attractive to this audience, we are not only speaking their language, we’re doing so in a comfortable environment that they can relate to. This creates a compelling space that users will want to see more of, leading them further into the site, and closer to a conversion.
The switch from .NET to Drupal is all about improving usability and flexibility. We love Drupal and are excited that Gilbert’s on board for the change! This content management system allows for flexibility in adding and removing features that help Gilbert’s customers use the site more easily and offers them a more robust browsing experience. By clearly explaining the “Why” that drives Gilbert RV Insurance in a voice that communicates easily to their target users within an environment that is compelling and offers a richer browsing experience, they are in prime position to make more conversions than ever.
