So when SVAD held their student Exhibition on Thursday, April 21st, we were pleased as punch when our Brand Manager extraordinaire Ms. Dawn Borglund was invited to be a judge at the event.
Dawn had the opportunity to view creative media projects by graduate and undergraduate students in Art, Digital Media, and Architecture. The students were afforded the occasion to meet potential employers while attendees were able to experience leading-edge experimental media and catch up with old friends and colleagues.
Said Dawn, “It’s always such an honor to be able to give back to my alma mater, so I, of course, jumped on the opportunity to be a a judge for SVAD exhibition. It was both a joy and a mindboggler to see students that I had taught... students who were so young then, to see how much they’ve grown since they took my class. It was incredible and made me so proud to be apart of that process. It was also really nice to visit with classmates from the graduate program and see the work they’ve been doing. I can’t wait for the next exhibition!”
